Natura Chardonnay *Organic Wine Offerings*
Area of Production: Casablanca Valley, Chile. Bright pale yellow in color, with refreshing citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime that intermingle with subtle tropical fruit aromas such as pineapple and a touch of herbs. Fresh and juicy, with citrus and tropical fruit notes on the palate, with good persistence and balance and a fruity, enjoyable finish.
Messina Hoff "GSM" Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre ( Texas Wine )
WINEMAKER'S NOTES Winemaker’s inspirational robust blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre. It was aged over 12 months in American oak and released for the first time in 2014. Serve at 65 degrees F. TASTING NOTES: Upon first taste, this full-bodied wine leaves the palate with a blended synergy of flavors like blackberry, dark cherry, and plum. Growing in popularity, GSM is for the sophisticatedly-curious. Enjoy this hearty blend with savory meats like pork or lamb complemented with blends of herbs and peppery spices.
Messina Hof Blanc Du Bois ( Texas Wine )
WINEMAKER'S NOTES: Messina Hof’s Blanc du Bois is grown at Grandview Vineyard in Richards, Texas. It is a wonderful wine choice for new wine drinkers, while also satisfying the most experienced wine lovers’ palate. Serve chilled at 45 degrees F. TASTING NOTES: This Private Reserve Blanc du Bois is dry, crisp and has delightful floral notes. This wine has beautiful citrus acidity and clean finish that makes it a perfect choice with a wide range of light dishes, including Golf Coast seafood and poultry.
Private Reserve Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is known as an ancient grape varietal and is the father of Cabernet Sauvignon. Messina Hof’s Private Reserve Cabernet Franc is Double Barrel Aged in French and American Oak. Our Private Reserve Cabernet Franc exemplifies its bold Bordeaux heritage with strong notes of leather, earthiness and spice. Balanced hints of blackberries and currants add to the complexity of this rich red wine. It is aged in oak barrels to extract beautiful vanilla and pepper undertones. Private Reserve Chardonnay
From the Texas High Plains, these Chardonnay grapes have excellent flavor. Chardonnay grapes from our Private Reserve undergo malolactic fermentation before aging in a medium balanced French oak, creating an exceptional wine. Messina Hof Private Reserve Chardonnay showcases rich, wood notes, and creamy flavors. This full-bodied white wine pairs perfectly with hearty fish and seafood courses, veal, poultry dishes and butter sauces
Becker Vinyards Malbec Private Reserve
This Malbec is full of flavor, has robust tannins, hints of black plum, currant, and spice. This is the perfect wine to pair with lean red meat, poultry, and mushrooms. Dark berry elements are intensified by the Texas summer sun. It was aged for 6 months in French oak and 6 months in American oak.
Llano Estacado 1836 WHITE ( Texas Wine )
With notes of peach, honeysuckle, and citrus peel, this blend of Roussanne and Viogner, it has hints of pears and tropical fruit with a nice balance of acidity. It has a slight touch of neutral barrel age and it was one of Texas Monthly's Best Wines of 2014
Llano Estacado 2010 Red Table Wine "1836"
2010 vintage “1836” Texas Red Table Wine which is a blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon and 49% Syrah. The “1836” won a Double Gold at the 2013 San Francisco International Wine Competition. The wine has a deep red color with flavor tones of red and black fruits and black pepper. Tannins are medium with a medium plus finish. Pairs well with beef, lamb, hearty fish, and veal.

Mc Pherson Tre Colore
This wine is composed of Cinsault, Carignan, and Viognier, a blend of three heat loving varietals traditionally found in the south of France that are perfectly suited to Texas. “Cinsault provides the rich, fruit-driven backbone; Carignan adds tannin and a floral, smoky complexity; while Viognier offers a beautiful tropical fruit character on the nose and textural richness on the palate.”
Old Vine Chenin Blanc
One of the more unique wines from Mc Phereson. Sourced from 37-year-old Chenin vines in west Texas. All stainless-steel fermentation puts the emphasis on the fruit without the sweetness. Pineapple, melon, crisp acidity and fruit tones dominate the nose. Great mouthfeel, with a hint of minerality.
